Ain't many ash trees left on my farm either, got a thiny little stripe trees thats all. They are dying out by themself, kinda sad view to see traditional tree sort leaving us this way.
With the type weather we have, + how ridicilous people plant their gardens with all type brushes, I belive our forrest won't be quality on a long run.

if we had that dry ash here the bottom 3' would be worth a fortune for Hurley ash about a€100 a butt

I've cut over 300 dead ash probably
And there's thousands more.
I'm just cutting hazard tree's now where cattle and people travel.
Neighbor wants me to go through the woods after all these are cut and drop the dead one's to keep the good
Timber from being damaged.

Not true. Us rabbit hunters love them! There's some kind of fungus that's killing it here and a lot of my rabbit patches are disappearing. Good quality nylon brush clothes makes it tolerable.

It sucks in my 60 acres of bowhunting land! Great for the deer but brutal for hunters making there way through and dragging deer out!

Lol! County Park with a Whitetail program in Allegheny County. Just pull in my driveway and turn 180° and walk through my neighbors yard until you hit the woods! I have a stand about 200 yards at the top of the ridge!

Been a trying and busy day. GFM has kicked me in the head and we found out one of the wife's high school friend's daughters passed away in a swimming accident.
