NSP2. Cuz PA WiFi sucks

Well, not so good over here. I have been bouncing between the couch and bed since Monday with a nasty fever and what I thought was allergies. 104.5 fever, chills, cold sweats.... Diagnosed this morning with the flu.

The wife has been caring for her little baby, the sick cat. He has been steadily getting worse while i was down and out. I Took him out to do what he loves the most today; bask in the sun and roll-around in the grass while eating it. Poor guy hasn’t purred in 2 weeks, went from 22lbs down to 14.5lbs. Looks like he had a brain tumor and several strokes. He was so happy being outside for an hour. He then took his last ride to the vet. My wife is devastated. Beyond inconsolable. We weren’t fortunate enough to have kids so that was her baby, her little man. I cried (i like animals more than people) but she is just beyond tears.



I don’t care what anyone has to say, pets are members of the family. Even the azzhole ones.

Thanks. I can’t stand to see animals suffer. Hard to believe he was a feral kitten that hated people, the wife definitely coaxed him out of his shell and he was the biggest love bug. Love people, loved kids, loved to be picked up and held, hell he even loved getting beat on by little kids who don’t understand pets. Even got along with our GSD.

Sorry about your kitty Buck. If that flu doesn't clear up in a few days get yourself checked for Lyme. It has a lot of the same symptoms.

Pets are always Family at my house too.

It will take a bit of time buddy. My wife had a jack Russell that we had to put down an it was a sad time. We knew it was gonna happen so we got another pup for her to train while still with us. It sure helped everyone with her passing the little *s-word did. And I'm not a big dog fella an I shed a tear.
