We should all be stand up men, especially us Marines......
...stand up man and Marine!
My custom crafted gas cans are leakproofHaven’t bought a gas can in many yrs...got all old school spouts on my 2, 2 1/2, 5 gal cans. If you buy that crap, you can go to the local hardware store and for about $6-7 bucks, buy the old school spouts that’ll fit various mfg cans, and be done with that EPA bullshitt.
...no other way!We should all be stand up men, especially us Marines......

I'm outta sick days. Gonna have to start calling in dead.Call in sick.
That really sucks Jason, but good on you for stepping up helping the family out.I never mentioned this...a very good friend of mine, a former grunt in the Corps...lost his life on the OR table a few weeks ago. He left a wife and two young sons. He was one of those guys that was quiet, but he’d *f-word you up in a NY minute if you *f-worded with him. He was a bad man if you pushed too much...an ass kicking machine! He’d knock you slam out cold within a minute or less...guaranteed! He was a loving father to his sons. Those boys and his wife meant everything to him.
I’ve been there for them every waking moment after work...trying to keep the boys’ minds occupied. He left some remodeling stuff un-done in the home...I handled finishing it up...crown molding, baseboard, quarter-round, and a little two-coat painting. Ive cut, bucked, split several trees that needed to be taken down. They’ve got about 8 acres.
I’ve spent a lot of time with his two sons who are young. They’re still devastated. I just try to ease their pain and re-group/re-focus now that Dad is gone.
...it’s been a mf’r!!

Dealt with some of that on a union site, they made one of their union operators follow me around while I shot all the structural steel up, after about a week of inconvenience the general realized they were loosing money on that deal and left this scab(non-union) guy alone, my guys sat up there while I hung out on the boom seat, I'm pretty sure we've never worked that slow before, I had a remote in the truck the whole timeWe have the a frames. Can't use a regular boom truck because no anchor point for driver to be tied off on the old booms. Will have a remote control boom for the second floor . Way too many rules here. Just let us work.
Happy birthday chipper
Thanks guysHappy Birthday Brett!![]()
