Morning gum bumpers...70 heading to 78 and gonna get wet later this afternoon. Rain gonna get us again.

Big crock pot going with a 3lb chuck roast, onions, carrots, mushrooms, new red potatoes, sliced bell pepper, can of cream of mushroom, two packs of McCormick mushroom gravy mix sprinkled/mixed over everything, splash of beef broth. Gonna be some good eats this evening.

Somewhere sandwiched btwn the layers of mixed onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots, new red potatoes is a 3lb chuck roast, seared on both sides for a couple of minutes in a skillet, on WFO high heat. As I layered it going in the crock pot, sprinkled everything with a pack of McCormick mushroom gravy seasoning. This gonna be some bread sopping, good *s-wordt later! The whole milk is on standby to standby...

Sister in Law has never had deep fried turkey. So, 30* sleet/freezing rain over the 3” of snow from last night and I will be deep frying a turkey. Can’t deep fry turkey without beer, so snagged a case of Yuengling bottles on sale. I’ll try to snag a pic of the SiL for you leg humpin perverts.
