Wuss. When I was in Dallas in January it dropped down in to the 40's a couple times and the locals were wearing heavier jackets than I do at 0. We were walking around outside in shirt sleeves and they were totally freaked out. I guess it all comes down to what you are used too...

That's the way to do it Randy. I get phones off of Aliexpress.com. You usually get decent ones for way cheaper. They are unlocked and have dual SIM too.
