Two of my favorite things.
My allergies get worse every year it seems. Nothing used to bother me. Now, the damn crepe myrtles bloomed, and my head is fugged. Anything that blooms. Some foods. Cant eat at Zaxbys anymore.

Them crab, shrimps n lobstas put me in the ER, the alcohol doesn't but its not good. And its fast. 1-2 minutes if I drink even a sip. Whole effing body burning on the skin, I look mega sun burnt with big white splotches all over. Have to take an ice cold shower or go outside in the cold, if there is any. Worst part is, besides the shellfish will kill me without intervention, is the fact I know what I'm missing.

Owned by a big multi national conglomerate now so profit is king. They did still manage to win Whiskey of the Year in 2016 with their Northern Harvest blend. It is good knowing that the last Crown I ever had was a great one. Damn Celiac...

Opposite story here, wife used to be allergic to it and it killed her. They brought her back and in recent testing she isn’t allergic anymore.

I avoid most places that even serve it. Fish, clams and scallops I can be eat but if they are fried, restaurants often Fry them in the same oil as shellfish.

I've heard of others growing out of an allergy. I'm not going to test the waters even if they say I'm good. I've had 2 reactions. The original that started it all and accidental one brought ony my own stupidity.

Momma says no crown 4 me. Last drink I had of that was prolly 15 yrs ago. Woke up in the flower bed, mom not happy. Only the beer 4 me now just not to many.

I miss Crab Rangoons from this kick a$$ Mandarin joint we usedbto eat at. Man they were good. The rest, meh, I'm over it as far as missing it. Scared sh!tless to have it happen again thats fir sure.
