Well, I ended up in Goose Creek South Cacka Lacky tonight instead of Savannah. Had to go meet with a potential new customer over here near the NWS. They make stuff for Newport News and such. Be a cool little job if we gits it.
Also looking at some stuff for Lejune that should be fun.... Maybe not so much.
Off to Savannah in the morning, then hopefully home before too late.

Actually was reading An article about Parris Island awhile back. Said They were trying to or had decided to drop one of the Rs. I guess that makes it easier for you boys to spell.

not near enough coffee but the nights still early
i had errands to run this morning but feets been up this afternoon
lol no grinder but they have been cut
maybe you shoulda sent 50 bucks for a pedicure since everyone so worried about it lol

Very familiar with the Camp Lejeune/Jax, NC area. I was stationed north of there at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Havelock, NC, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing for several years back in the mid/late 80’s, early 90’s. In btwn 2nd Marine Division at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, and Havelock where the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Air Station is...sits MCAS New River (MAG-26)...rotary/helo Base. As well, you have Bogue Field, which is an Auxillary landing field base for aircraft.

MCAS Beaufort in SC is a nice place as well, and it’s surrounding areas. Marine Aircraft Group-31 (MAG-31) which was under our control at Cherry Point while I was with Marine Wing Support Group-27 (MWSG-27), with four Marine Wing Support Squadrons (MWSS’s) fell under our command, as well as MAG-26 in New River, NC...all under the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing. Still the same way to this day.

I’m doing alright buddy...hope you folks are well your way.

@Canadian farm boy I saw my boss twice this week and each time he spent 10 or 15 minutes raving about that 034S/036 you built. Apparently a group of them were taking down some trees for a friend and he ran it more last weekend than he has before now. Still can’t believe how powerful it is and how much it likes to eat wood.

Our Salesman I met with today here in Goose Creek did mention something about Cherry Point, I just dont remember what it was. Lejeune I can remember, as he was asking for labor estimates.
I'm the poor bastid that has been on a lot of our jobs like that and knows how much time it takes to get permits etc. Adds a lot of time to bids.
Ever since we took it in the azz at NAS Jax, theyve always called me in for that. That was a Clusterfugg!
