Now Robins AFB is talking about extending us aircraft monkeys out ‘til May 26...instead of May 18.
Don’t get me wrong...I don’t mind being at the house, fortunately getting paid this entire time we’ve been out, from that aggravating workload *s-wordt...but at some damn point we gotta call a spade, a damn spade...and get back to work...get those aircraft in and out those hangars and back to their home stations.
I know and understand this COVID bullshitt has cost a lot of folks, families, small businesses...every damn thing they had. Every damn thing they built, invested in...I feel for these folks.
It’s a God Damn shame that this gubment has passed legislation after legislation, all these f’ng stimulus bills and packages...and so damn many mom & pop businesses, etc...ain’t seen Jack *s-wordt! And the sad thing about it is...they do got something coming all right...a bunch of f’ng nothing!
I’m no different than most single folks, one income...barely keep my head above water. Blow a little jingle every now and then. College daughter for the last four years has had me pretty strapped. Thank God for her high-dollar money making mother helping in that realm...if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have no guns, no saws, no bass boat, no camper, no 4-wheelers, trailers, etc...no damn nothing trying to get that girl through college. Daughter graduates in two days, May 8th from Georgia Southern University Nursing School. And she starts work in June at the same very prominent hospital in Macon, Ga where her mother works. A short drive up I-75 from Warner Robins to Macon.
I just hate like hell to know folks are reeling from this COVID bullshitt...kids not being fed properly, folks going hungry and losing every damn thing they got and had.
I ain’t no Rockefeller, I’m just a Littlefeller like everybody else...but I sure hate to see folks and families suffer because of this straight bullshitt!
