Yeah thats the way ours are too. They changed they way they got paid and screwed themselves bad. It went from commission to a percentage of how much was sold the previous year. Lost some good sellers.

I reckon if you get paid the same and get the entire years order at once what do they care.

So the deal is the salesman would get the account then it magically becomes a house account after the first year. Well after that first year the customers like the work and trust us to get it done in time and start ordering more. Well now since its a "house" account instead of Joe Salesman account they ain't getting that extra kick back. As much as I don't like the salesman it's a *s-wordty deal for their pompous asses.
