Polaris machines have to be the worst to work on. I rebuilt one of those 800's once. Just did a cam in a 500 for a good friend, made him pull all the bullshít plastic off. I've turned away a bunch of them.
Honda Suzuki, Yamaha usually aren't too bad. A little more thought out as far as maintenance/access.
This one has a weird issue. Starter Drags when cold. Stick a turbo heater up it's ass (how cold dictates how long) and it starts. All day. Replaced starter and solenoid. Same feces.

Afternoon guys, just getting ready to chow down on some nachos. Piled high with some beef, peppers, tomatoes, olives, green onions and a couple types cheese.

Silly family each likes them a little different so couple of trays and individual plates to go around. I will give Elliott some props, he’s agreed to try some toppings other than just cheese.

Welp...it runs. Pulled almost an ounce of water from the tank. Took three times for the charm. The drum or something is fugged up. It don't roll free to go. Hit the really tough to move chain brake and it makes a nasty sound I never heard before. Pulled the brake of and nailed it....bla....stalled. Opened the low half a turn and dropped that goofy idol screw half a turn. Started right up and the idol was crazy high. Turned another 1/4 out on low dropped it right down low. Limiter was stopping it now. Motor sounds tight and has strong compression. You need the decomp or your going to break *s-word. Put a #5 rope on it and make a bushing for the recoil rope wheel. Nice and tight now, much smoother. Scrubbed clean and all greased up. Recoil dogs looked good.

Pull the clutch next and maybe it is *s-worded up or jammed with chip. Sumtin ain't right. He did say the motor seemed tight and that is true so far. If the crank bearings are loose no big deal. It will get new ones. Did not put bar oil in it yet knowing the pto has to come off and the muffler to inspect everything then wash it. Recoil colors from 394 to 395 are a joke side by side. Stevie Wonder tint staff.

I'll make up a loop for the 37" Cannon and test it this week coming up.... just for you sweetheart.

Is that your muffler work?

This guy Jason talked about you on the phone and said, no bullshitz, "this could be a tree monkey saw." He don't know. After the muffler comes off I should know something.
