Ok so not exactly a paper itemized bill, but he replaced my locked up unit for a used working unit for $325.

Very much so!!!! He's a good ol boy that originally installed the unit 27 years ago.

He quoted me a price of $3900 installed of replacing the whole HVAC unit.

thats twice what i paid for the one i bought last fall but i did everything myself a self contained unit
hvac guy here said 3000 for ac unit installed but i found heat pump for less than 2000

Would of been $2500 for just new a/c. I know of a few people around here that had the heat pump system and it didn't work worth a damn they said. I'm to familiar with that kind of system.

Do it yourself
All unit's are relabeled you'll pay twice as much for a carrier or trane
As the exact same unit with noname.
My brother paid 4000 i could've done it for half.
Friends have all the rechargeing equipment.

They stole my friends chevy dually,chainsaws and mechanics tool's
I've dealt with some of them in the past
When i had stuff stolen from my old place.
I'll have to say they told me the truth
They didn't steal from me
Because they didn't want to get shot.
It turned out to be another scum bag.

they are ok down to about 30 then they dont do good but it doesnt stay cold cold here like it does other places up north and flatlands
