They're fixing feral cats here for cheap/free. Seems to be slowing the number of drop offs we see.

We've got the garbage cans just down the street from our house and people dump cats there. They pass through and give our cats coodies.

At least the weather is good enough they don't freeze and there are plenty of folks that stop and feed them.
