I thought the Ion got the supercharged engine like the later Cobalt SS? The first Cobalt SS was turbo but they ditched it for a supercharger after I think 1 year.
Saturn was it's own stand alone franchise so I never payed them much mind until they went tits up and then they started coming in by me.

They did come supercharged like the Cobalt SS. There are turbo kits to swap it over that's what this guy did.
