BP is ok. I think I've been gritting my teeth in my sleep.

I had a bite guard made because I grind and clench my teeth at night. I didn't like wearing it so....I didn't. Well, I ended up cracking 2 rear molars one night from clenching. Clear down into the roots. $2700 later after 2 crowns and a root canal my wife was like "some mfer in this house best get used to the bite guard." Pain alone lernt me but the live in "accountant" wasn't having another preventable 2700 dentist bill.
