Yup. Traeger has the set the temp feature on some but none have the direct flame option. My future grill will be the Fast Eddie's Cook Shack stainless pellet smoker / grill. Direct flame searing / grilling, roast, bake, smoke and cold smoke all in one unit.

Looked them up and about just about shat myself when I saw the price. Too rich for my blood.
