So the covid has forced cancellation of the Kings Royal and the Knoxville Nationals this year. I'm over national pandemics at this point.

Coworker has tickets for it. Said since the race was postponed then no refund will be given. Ain't that some *s-word.

Took a bit ot an unscheduled swing out of a tree a bit ago. Rope, sound technique, and my ghey lookin power ranger climbing helmet saved me getting busted up. Been a half dozen years since my last misstep. Guess its fukin quitin time for the day. Be careful out there fellas.

Not far. Maybe fell 5 feet and swung back towards the trunk 10-15ish. Long limb walk and lost my balance reinstalling my flipline. Thumped my melon somehow. If I hadn't installed a redirect (routine but annoying action that did exactly what it was supposed to), it would have been a long swing back to the trunk with an abrupt bone crushing stop.

No Tarzan *s-word with me. I get paid to go to the branch tips sometimes though, and I do on the regular. Any arborist who cannot safely isn't much of one. I like sharing the interesting stuff with you fellers. It was interesting but pretty minor.

My neighbor fell out of his tree stand trying to free his coffee thermos from his jacket
He landed balls first on said thermos

He prayed for death for about an hour he said.
