I had a hell of a meal. Grilled brined pork chops, loaded potato, salad, with calamari for an appetizer.

BURP!!!!!
sounds delicious, Randy
That said, heavy food like that give me gas, lots of it. To bad oil & gas prices are low, otherwise I should eat heavy meals & start up my own gas station!

These things are everywhere up here. Really hoping they don't get a hold. I saw a few stands of oaks completely stripped of leaves on the way up. They even chew on the paper streamers the hosts put around the trees.20200626_175353.jpg

Tamara and I both had to go to our respective offices today, only the second time for her since mid March. She now won’t be back until September.
We also went for supper out, wasn’t as good as Randy’s but still decent.

Fookin Gypsy moths! You can try a light dish detergent solution. 2 tablespoons of dish detergent to a gallon of warm water in a pump sprayer. Or Neem oil works too.

They used to spray for them around here years ago. Haven't seen any in a long time but I'm sure they'll be back.
Yeah they'll be back. Most trees will take 2 successive years of being stripped by them. The caterpillars usually get a virus and the whole population collapses the second year before they can kill too many trees, but the mfers can be a blight.
