Just got on the road. Can't wait to set my eyes on Pittsburgh !!!! 5 hours and counting.
That roast would be a perfect candidate for dry aging in the fridge. Might have to pick up a roast and try it one of these days.So i happened to pick up a Prime boneless ribeye the other day for an outstanding price. Checked the freezer and there isn‘t enough room for a good sized roast, so it is getting cut into steaks. 22.7lbs and made 15 steaks.

Gonna have to get him to post his methods.@mettee said the same thing. He has done it before and has a system. I’ve never tried it. Maybe next time when there is more room in the fridge
