Fuel guage dont work right(imagine that).
Louis Chevrolet never was able to come up with a reliable fuel gauge, so what did they do? Came out with a dual tank system with no selector. It feeds fuel from the front tank only, and one of the many computers, I'm guessing one of the chassis control modules, comes up with an "algorithm" to figure out how much fuel there is between the two tanks.
Hows that working out?
Well, I stuffed both tanks as full as they will go this morning, and it said I had a little over half a tank left.
Then it wants to go in limp mode and administer electric shocks to your sack thru the seat cushions if you go below what it thinks is a quarter tank.
One that is still getting fundsWhat PD?
