Yep 7.3 he bought from a teenager. Kid *frenched everything up.
I've seen 3 Ford's and a bunch of dodges and chevy
The local dealerships refuse to work on
And nobody local will either.
Kids butchered and modded them with those now outlawed tuners.
Led to all kinds of electrical and engine/trans problems
I wouldn't buy used I'd rebuild what I have
On diesels.

The big problem is chipping a stock truck. They need supporting mods, or chit blows up good. Now days your going to have a looong search for a virgin truck lol. Mines pretty heavily modded, but I did all the supporting mods. I'm actually detuned a little bit now until I do valve springs and push rods. It's at about 450 hp at the wheels until I can turn it up.

First fresh garden salad of the year. Spinach, kale, and leaf lettuce with radishes, marigold petals, and green onions. Some ramp scapes as well. Looking forward to many more of these this summer!View attachment 245786
Looks great Tim! We have some spinach that's ready, lettuce is going to be another week or so. Looking forward to it myself.

It makes four transmissions in the *pretty boyes dodge
Down the road from me
Truck does run good with all the engine mods
But the trans can't hack it
And he can't stop laying blackmarks.

Lol the black marks really helps the transmission. None of the older automatics seem to hold up worth a chit. I waited till I found a manual.

Sounds good but, I'd have the *s-wordz for month with all the kale and lettuce.

My 97' F350 7.3T super crew is bone stock with a fresh trans in it. You could haul big logs to Dalls house with it. Single wheel 2x4 8ft bed. About all it would ever need is bigger exhaust, smooth out the heads and turn it up just a click. More than needed now on flat land.
