Been raining here since 9am...good ol’ steady rain. Stopped for about an hour mid-afternoon and it cranked right back up like it never missed a beat. Coming down harder now, but no wind. Been thundering like hell all day but ain’t really noticed any lightning. Just kinda loitering here.

Evening all.

We were all a little stir crazy today so loaded up and went for a bit of a drive. Managed to get to a drive inn on the other side of the city we’ve been wanting to try. Best fries I’ve had in a while and a pretty good burger too.

We need the rain pretty bad right now, I was just hoping it wouldn't be too much at once. Susan threw out some grass seed early in the week. Aint had a chance to put straw on it. Probably gonna end up on the neighbors property.
