Mornin' cottontails. I'm wearing the WSM out this weekend. Had butts going all night, and added a rack of ribs just now. I have a concerned party in on it too. I normally trim St Louis style but I got vetoed today. At least I was able to remove the membrane. Happy Easter from a COVID "hot spot".
