First court today for the custody...finally! All courts are being held by phone, which I have to do anyways, but it will be odd having all parties via phone.

We could use some positive vibes, so if you feel like sending some our way, please feel free.

The lawyer will argue to finish the court today. Otherwise, the judge will only decide whether to finalize today or whether to set a future hearing.

I guess the big argument of the day is that they are in default for responding after the required date. They were something like 5 days late.

We're ready to rock either way...

Good luck man...hopefully this comes to a conclusion today.

This place is getting spicy tonight.

meanwhile, fan stopped working. Thought it was shot. Put my hand on the top and it’s hot as sh:t.
Thinking the capacitor is probably shot I open things up. Seems the smart previous guy put in an over sized capacitor and THATS burning up the fan motor.

switching out the capacitor and changing out the fan motor just to be safe.

this thing is 21years old and still kicking. Trying to keep it going, without a whole replacement.
