Straight rebuild would be around the same as you. I usually widen the ports some, timing advance and muff mod so it takes me 3-4 hours total. And I always go with the 390 cylinder. Firewood guys go crazy over them, easy money. Lol

Makin dinner with the missus, steaks stuffed with crab, stewed tomato’s and baby red skinned potatoes

Made dinner two packs maruchan beef ramen.
After boiling i mixed in the beef packets.
And put 2 slices of kroger cheese on top.
Served with chocolate chip cookies.

Guy at work came by the avionics shop last week, we usually shoot the *s-wordt about guns and hunting and stuff, just hadn’t seen him in a while...he’s in hangar 81 a couple of hangars away, doing G2 Heavy landing gear mods. Anyhoo...asks if I use Ballistol...my answer ‘of course.’ He ain’t long got divorced, paying for two 10x20 climate controlled storage units at $110 apiece, wanting to thin *s-wordt down to get everything in one. He brings me four 16oz liquid cans of Ballistol with two pump tops Tuesday. Comes back by this morning and brings me another 16oz liquid can and two 6oz aerosol cans. Offered him some coins for the stuff but he said ‘hell no, I know you’ll use it.’ Hell I’ll take it!
