Just had a really oddball incident occur.

Hanging out at my buddy’s shop and they just put a new fuel pump relay in an older GMC Duramax. He says it needs to be run to make sure it doesn’t burn out the relay (indicative of a bad pump) and asks me to take it for a long drive. So i jump in and drive it for about an hour, I am on the way back and on yhe highway doing about 70-72 when all of a sudden the dash and the radio go dead. Its off for a mi ute or 2 then pops back on. When it pops back on the driver’s seat starts moving and progresses all the way forward and pins me i side the seat belt and against the steering wheel at 70 on the highway. I couldn’t reach the seat controls as I had no idea where they were and couldn’t pop the seatbelt loose as it was crushing tight across my lap. Finally found the seat controls and moved it back. Pulled over and had to walk it off on the side of the highway. I was literally about 2 seconds from cutting the seat belt it was so f-ing tight. An hour later I have a bruise across my lap and my hips. Freak occurrence and it pissed me off as I was in heavy traffic when it happened.

My buddy tells me “there is NO way that could happen!” So i pulled up my hoodie, u did my pants and showed him the big red mark across my abdomen and bruises over both hips and asked him “so you telling me I imagined this???”
I can see it. Mine is an 02. When it was 2 or 3 years old the compass/temp on the mirror and the dash lights blinked on and off a few times randomly. Wtf moment for sure. Never did it again

I can think of a few jackwad saw hacks and deadbeat sellers I'd like to shove in there. Was told that osha wants us to do a head count every 10-15 minutes because a human body goes through in less than a second and doesn't bog down the engine like hardwood.
Da fuq would be the point of doing a headcount every 15 min?

That ain't gonna bring em back.

If that thing sucks em up.....there won't be anything left but a pink mist and a memory! OSHA paperwork, CPR, and a bandaid won't be doing much. Might as well let everyone else finish earning their day's pay and THEN figure out who/how many are missing. lol
:ambulance:

I keed....I keed. lol
