I know a few people I'd like to toss a washer at.

Things are looking glum for getting inside out of the weather. Now it looks like any money we have will go to a lawyer to go to his retirement fund and summer home instead of our bills. It makes me sick to think about the stress coming for us. Same *s-word different year. I get to choose health care for me and Kim or illegal child support payments to my ex. We gave up health care before and now find out we didn't have to. Just got it back for the two of us. They will not investigate her for, illegally reporting her income, my son, whom I've seen maybe three times in past few years is out of college for over two years we found out and that is highly illegal. Hell, she collected child support based on fact that she never reported my daughter moved out with her own family and child. Got away with that too....for years. Court ignored me when I spoke up. Said it didn't matter. Really?.
Right now, today, again, I told them she is using the court to extort money from us....three times over this past year or so you were informed by me in a hearing room. They don't care and told me right out today this is not a criminal court this is family court. They never cared about my children at home or not, never ask how we were doing, never offered to assist us in any way, will not help with most question, will not investigate or look at tax records. But they lie on the paper work and threaten again for the millionth time to issue a bench warrant. Hello, are you listening to what I have been saying, interrupted. Refers back to the court order she can not legally do anything about. I don't agree. File an appeal they say. I just did. I want an investigation into illegal reporting. I'm told no. So, what is due process I asked before. It always the same. We can't do anything, pay.
Ok. Then she changes what was said in writing with me making payment next week or we issue a bench warrant. 100 cash next week it says on the papers. I never agreed to that.... illegal I believe. Should have been sent to a judge. This ain't the first time but it will be the last time I ever sign any of there blank electronic pads, you get it after the fact when you sign, fudged paperwork.

If that is not a civil rights violations or failure of due process I just don't know what is.

If I file to emancipation as they requested again...she gets paid almost 10K of illegal child support collections, they save face and we get screwed again. How can that even be legal?
