I'll put it this way: if my BR-420 only needed a piston in 20+ years of everyday use (besides plugs, air filter, general ect) then that's a bad azz machine. Like the quality of Husky/Poulan saws. I love em. Each has their own way.

When I got it, it'd been straight gassed. Cleaned up the jug, used the same piston after some sanding, used rings, and that was 6 or 8 years ago. Great blower.
