Another consulting vet is thinking Addison's Disease ( https://www.vetmed.wsu.edu/outreach/Pet-Health-Topics/categories/diseases/addison's-disease ) but wants to see some more specific test results first. Another $500 plus today but that is likely the end.

We just can't continue and she has had some quality of life issues all along, it may be time...

Actually, Gary I'd consider it humane if the dog is suffering and doesn't have any quality of life. Sad, but unfortunately necessary sometimes.

I've seen too many well doing people make an animal well past miserable to satisfy themselves.
