Looks good. Run a wire up inside the canopy and install a fan.

If you have rops then you have more options. I was thinking something like this with some sheet metal or whatever is laying around. Make the grand kid practice his wedding and metal fab skills on it.

It will also give you a strong mounting point for fans, lights. Etc.

^Mix these in a glass while you prep so the sugar disloves.

Orange peel soaked in vermouth, cover with sugar and char slightly
Big square ice cube
