Cylinder cleanup went well. Had one stubborn bit of aluminum below the port @Sty57 but I'm not worried about it in that spot. I'll widen the intake a little to match the bigger exhaust port and make the lowers match the gasket. Once the weather cools and I can stand to be in the shop I'm going to make a wheel and start doing these proper. For now I just try and make them breathe a little better.

I drain my crankcase every three years, whether it needs it or not, so there is plenty for mixing saw gas. Pour a little around the garden too. Really works nice. You should see how red the tomatoes get...
