Grab on to the back of a chair or something and back up while lowering your torso, if that hamstring(no pun intended) is tight it won't take long to feel it. Stretch it for at least 30 seconds, when you stand up the relief will be immediate. That hanging upside down deal helps out too if you can relax yourself enough to let it work.
