Bought a brand new '86 S-10 Tahoe pickup, 2.8L V6 automatic, back in '86. When I sold the truck 16 years later, it still had the factory AC Delco battery in it. Had to add a little acid/distilled water to it over its' lifetime, but damn sure got my coins worth on that one.
