Lift is borrowed. I don’t like it. At least not all the way up. That one I took from the base, the rest I went all the way up and broke down in smaller pieces.

I’m all ears for handling the branches smarter not harder. Don’t have a chipper. I have been putting down ropes with loops in both ends, putting the branches on them butt first so I can choke/drag/lift. Going to my yard to dry then to the desert for bonfires...probably next year. Flipping leaves everywhere...I hate leaves, brush, branches.

First test of choker setup. Made a branch taco. Gonna start trying to winch them up on tilt trailer instead of hand loading.

Another member mentioned using a ratchet strap like you use your rope setup then just dragging them off.

they are a tad shorter compared against 346, shorter distance from the trottle to the front grip, all in all, lots of limbing work the 242 win anyday, we can't change how they are designed.
Went 1.5 hour and those 3 was sold....

that's what I thought Brian, but no dealer around here could verify a price drop on crank install tools.
I happen to see those new prices, not only crank install tools dropped in price, but most of their splitters also dropped alot in price, some by 1/2 of the old price.

Under 20$, 4 kits is 80$, almost cover the whole lineup to Husky ;)
For the price they are now. I'm going to order a few more for sure.
