Both my parents grew up on farms. My mom on a dairy farm that was lost after her dad passed from diabetes and my dad on a hog farm that they ended up losing after my grandpa had a heart attack. But it's hard to tell a farmer that it' time to hang it up. They are a tough breed.

Goin thru same thing here.
He can’t do it but don’t want to give it up either.

Snow totals here are closer to 18” according to the radio. Working in Minneapolis and the Peking lot isn’t plowed so I can’t park my work van there. On the street we park. Thank god it’s plowed or I would have turned around and went home. The roads still suck. Had everything cleaned up at home but it snowed more overnight and have a few more inches again to clean up. FML

Might get the sled out after all?
