Those two whole chickens on the Traeger yesterday got nailed...brother of mine came by right after I pulled them off...nothing left but the framework of bones to hit the trash can.

I hear ya, same here. I don't mind hot and spicy if it's not overbearing. I'll keep heartburn for a day or two sometimes if I get ahold of the wrong thing.
