It's called 'Removes Tamboola'. Tamboola is an advertising service that pays site's owners to have the ads on the forum.

Mine says 'Ads provided by Taboola"...you spelled it Tamboola, but I'm sure the same crap. I don't use Chrome, just regular Google through Safari on my IPhone.
