Mornin' Dudes. Warmed up late in the day and now the big melt off. Cold and frozen early today.

Had to get some errands done. Broke the a-arm again so I had to tie off with a ratchet strap in order to get it back home.

Got home and hear water running from the roof. Thought maybe it was the snow melt, but no luck, broken pipe to the solar water heater.

Ya'll have a good one. Danny is headed to roof to do some plumbing.

Was there ice before the snow?

We had like a week of rain. Switched to snow and rain and then froze up. With a mix of pretty strong winds and snow mixed in.

Pretty crazy weather for us. I didn't get pics cause I was nursing the car, but the amount of broken trees is crazy.

Going be a lot of cutting to get done these days. Better sharpen my chains. Especially on the little top handles.

we've had two seasons where we get heavy snow followed by powder snow and cold temperature, I've been lucky since most of my forrest is old, for those who have half aged birch trees it looks like someone dropped dynamite there.
