Well I guess I changed my mind in what I want for Christmas.....
A roof that doesn't leak

I got in from gutting and hanging this deer to water dripping from our ceiling.....

We put a new roof on 2 years ago and one time last winter it leaked again.... I called the roofers and they "fixed" it..... The rest of the winter it was fine....

I guess I've got a call to make in the morning..

That stinks. The joys of being a homeowner.... It's always something.

i have the 18v porter cable and 20 v dewalts 2 of the 1/4 impacts and a 3/8 impact but the 20 volt dewalt 1/4 inch drive impact has more ass to it

I've got a Masterforce 18v that I use in my shop. Supposedly it's made by Makita. I love the thing.

That being said though, I'm going to start switching over to Milwaukee as I need new tools.

What brand of impact driver are you looking at? I have a bunch of Ridgid stuff, so I bought an 18v 1/4" impact to match. It works, but not as powerful as some others seem. It won't remove a clutch that's been run for long. Just wondering if some brands are more powerful, or if I need to go to a 3/8 impact instead
I was looking at the 20v dewalt impact. I really havent done any research but I have numerous other dewalt tools and have been happy. I prolly should look around.

I have all DeWalt stuff and it has been great. Haven't tried the 20v stuff yet.

i think the adapter is around 50 bucks and what i have read on the 18 and 20 volt dewalt stuff it only requires 12v running
Yeah the adaptor is a little spendy but I think it's worth it if you have a bunch of 18v stuff already.
