you got good eyes Brian, it fit perfect, probleby a stronger clutch compared against them 2 shoe clutches, should engage a tad higher also

I put one on my 261, seems to work really well.

Clutch thickness different between the 2?
Or maybe the drum it's self is a little different?

the clutch drum is the same one them, year to year, if you flip a 2 shoe and a 3 shoe on the head you already see that a 2 shoe has a washer while a 3 shoe is totally flat Brian
A 560/562 clutch is almost flat on the bottom, it may or may not need a spacer, plus I gotta see where the shoes attach against the drum
