Me swapped away a couple Huskies for a Stihl MS-201 mtron with rear handle, is that smart or not?
Question two, do it exist a rim sprocket system for that mini saw, or will I have to survive with the *s-wordty sprocket they have?

I know the MS241CM also comes with a spur but guys are converting those to a rim sprocket set up. Maybe the same parts would cross over.

No rim sprocket conversion is availible for the MS 201. The MS 241 rim sprocket can`t be used because the 201 has the clutch outside and the 241 inside. The 201 also uses a worm to drive the oil pump. That`s a different system as on the 241.

TGIF never felt so good, last day before 2 weeks off...

Thanks for letting us know, was just pondering outloud as to how others had solved a similar issue. Maybe next time I'll compare the IPL's before offering suggestions, but it is doubtful.
