best is to get your hearth sorted out Gary, but those things you go through after your mom passed away can produce lots issues and stress.

its a long time to wait for those two surgeries, it's the way it is.
Hope them surgeries will go super smooth for you.
Where I live we use psysios after those type surgeries for a faster rehab.

I will Tor. A week and a half of work and then off for a couple. I’ll keep an eye on my BP and make an appointment for a check up.

Take the plastic tote out and Fill them with wood. Move them around with anything with forks.
