Saw the Doc yesterday for the follow up on my shoulders after the arthograms last week. Confirmed bi-axis SLAP tears, osteophytes, cyst and the biceps tendon need to be relocated. Left shoulder surgery scheduled for 23 Aug, Right to follow in 9 months.

Teddy the tumor is assumed to be an enchondroma but while I am under he plans to biopsy it. Oh boy!

best is to get your hearth sorted out Gary, but those things you go through after your mom passed away can produce lots issues and stress.

its a long time to wait for those two surgeries, it's the way it is.
Hope them surgeries will go super smooth for you.
Where I live we use psysios after those type surgeries for a faster rehab.

Been doing physical therapy for over 2 years..... Good therapy is the key to a good recovery.
