Evening fellas...killing some time in the shop since it’s not so bad out heat-wise, got the big shop fan and a squirrel cage, air handler return fan stirring plenty of air.

Son sent me some upgrade/hop up parts for these two Traxxas 1/10 scale Slash 4x4’s. Already installed new shock springs on the Ultra shocks, the red/black truck has new, bigger 2.8 ProLine Badlands tires and wheels, new extended height body lift...getting ready to install RPM a-arms all the way around and front and rear sway bars. Gonna have to change the pinion and spur gear on the red/black one as well to accommodate the bigger tire size for now, etc, to keep the brushless motor and ESC from overheating. The chassis setup on the left is factory with only new shock springs and the blue chassis sway bar installed down the top centerline...red/black truck has the same but in red color, and with the bigger wheels/tires. Lots of things to change...shock oil weight, shock springs, pre-load shock spacers, etc, etc, to get this newer height truck to hook up and stay on all fours without rolling in tight corners and turns.

I like tinkering and fooling with chit like this, it’s pretty neat actually...it’s definitely more involved than meets the eye, no doubt, to get ‘em set up and hooking up right.
You messed with any funny fuel or stick to batteries?

Anyone have a good recipe for a Husqy 288 Lite......?

I may or may not have just picked one up that runs well and oils, looks a little rough. Popped the muffler off and the piston still has machine marks across it, cylinder looks excellent. I’ll clean it up a bit and get some pics posted tomorrow.

Well boys it's been one hell of a 24 hours here. My MIL pops up after being MIA for 4 months and pulls some *s-word snooping through some personal paper work of mine when I was at work. I called her out this morning and made her cry with out me saying one single swear word lol.

So she calls her son who sent a *s-wordty text to my wife calling a *b-word but now wont answer my phone call.

I tell ya some people need their picture next to the definition of chicken *s-word in the dictionary.
