I woke up to 1/2" snow in the yard this AM. It's melted off now.

We have about 6" here.

Went to the neighbors auction, it started snowing as soon as they got to the actual farm equipment which didn't interest me cause I wanted to come home to Lisa...

I ended up with about 50# of 3/8x1" bolts, a old school 1 gallon gas can, a bug zapper and a new bull float with two poles.
It started snowing, I said piss on it and worked in the shop. I rebuilt a 257 that I need to list on CL.

Thank you, didn't get any real clean pics of it fresh cut. They had already skidded the 4k steel block (bolster for the dies) in a few times, and had to polish the burrs off.

Glad it is finally done.

Had to explain to the customer that the mills were designed to cut .030-.050 off of an already flat surface. Not hog an inch and a half off in a few days...

Yep, pucker is scary fo sho. Hydraulic. Run a 3.5" bit and tap 2" easy, gotta chain it down to tap 3" but it will do it Weighs Bout 350lbs..

In that pic I was finishing that hole, 2 1/8 x 24 7/8 deep.

I used cook that ramen in college then throw slabs of velveeta cheese on top when it was still hot. Made it somewhat good.
