Pro saws in a mill
I told him before it wouldn't hold up.
Actually you'd be suprised i bumped the timing on a couple of 390s
And did the 046 carb swap
Did just fine with a 20
I'm going to give milling a try with a china 372 on small stuff
See if it holds up as well as they have felling.
20" bar and a small alaskan(Granberg)or equivalent HL Supply and a mini mill (Granberg,no equiv. if not mistaken)
With the mini mill being the preferred setup for any real milling I've done in the past. Especially if you're primarily making post. Screw your 2X down and cut, no ladders or guide rails, and actually that is how I start my first slab for the standard mill, by making it with the mini mill. I am sure that the 390's are/or can be very groovy. My viewpoint was skewed , like I alluded to earlier that 6401 was in my mind l, very impressive! STOCK UNICORN material...
