I recognize your as old as the Plateau itself but it has always worked on my kids when they have an ear infection and that is using a hair dryer to blow heat in to the ear canal. YMMV but at your age maybe your heat gun would get it done ?

My wife gets ear infections occasionally. She always takes amoxicillin that I keep on hand for the dogs. Hasn't killed her yet. Lol

It just started snowing here. Fine white stuff, but it is sticking even though the wind is blowing. It was kind of a dark and dreary day, but after I came outside and started playing with the smoker it's pretty nice out
