A bead blaster (tire cheetah) would be the best thing to use. Not many people have them. Most tire shops or dealerships do.
I've used a ratchet strap too. In combination with a bfh. As you tighten the strap, it caves the tire in at the ratchet. When you hammer around the perimeter of the tire, it helps to make the ratchet pressure more even so it doesn't cave in as early. Works maybe 75% of the time. Helps too if the tires have been standing up for awhile, rather than laying on their side. Trying to bead a tire from the bottom of the stack is damn near impossible

I once removed old, and remounted (16) new 11R-24.5 semi tires by hand when I was 15. Went through 2 cans of ether. Tires and I go way back. #dirtyrottensonsabitches
Glad it worked for ya

My youngest son is now 17, a senior in varsity football. He loves football and baseball. In football, he's always been an offensive guard, and a defensive guard or, the last 2 years, an inside or middle linebacker. So he's never scored a touchdown.....until last night. He picked off a pass and ran it in for a TD. The wife got it on video, but we're camping and ain't got no puter, and can only transfer pics without one. I was so damn proud I almost started crying lol. He was so excited

Made it through my continuing Ed... Good for another year... Codes are getting ridiculous

Our local building codes are written and overseen by the Fire Commissioner's Office. Some aspects of them are almost idiotic but they have the authority to supercede the NBC and NEC.
The latest change requires all lighting and receptacles to be on arc fault breakers unless they are dedicated GFCI's in bathrooms or kitchen. Have you ever tried plugging in a vacuum or anything with an electric motor in to an arc fault protected circuit?

Exactly. I'm ready to hang up my tools. Too many headaches...
