The funny part is last year they put Wolves back on the endangered species list and stopped all hunting and trapping on them. But now there is NO way they could have done that....... Like Ross said follow the money.

Years ago they introduced wolves in the UP, they were protected for years. Lately they got to be such a problem that they opened up hunting. You'd think the world had ended according to the granola crunching hippies.

The wolves have decimated the deer population up there. Our neighbor has property up there and he says he has come across piles of deer that the wolves killed. A employee of ours hunts up there too and he said the same thing.

If ya need more, I keep 3-4K lbs on hand and in rotation in the cooler.

Yep. A Local gov. Says I need a $250 builders permit to install a bathroom exhaust fan on 2nd floor. The customer wants to get the permit because he believes it is a structural item and needs to be inspected......or at least that's what they told him. It's all about the money.

My own house: bought a short sale. Needed work. Wife calls village to get larger trash can. They start asking why. She tells em we are doing some remodeling and taking vanity out in bathroom. The village says I need a permit because I shut off my own water to pull sink and vanity.

No I didn't pay them a damn thing.

Around here the only time you need to pull a permit is before the power company turns on a service if you for some reason asked them to pull it, or if you decide to put up a new building or a addition.

Several years back we added a garage on and then above that put in a master bedroom and 2 baths. Had to pull a permit for the garage. They did a rough in on the garage and a final on the garage. Told them the upstairs was storage only. The inspector knew what we were doing, but he didn't care.
