If the 97s are anything like the 2000s, 95% of the time it's the fuel pump. 4% of the time it's the fuel pressure regulator. The other 1%, wtf knowsEvening fellas.
The 97 crapped out yesterday in the rain... thought it was the new cap/rotor I put on ingesting some moisture. Not so certain it isn't the fuel pump, 20 years old after all..
Gonna drag it to the shop tomorrow before I head out and let them deal with it.
With a crapped out rig? Probably not thrilled......just sayin' and stuff dot dot dotevening joe hows you
Yeh, I'm not 100% either. Put the cap/rotor on, drove around all day. Rained that evening wouldn't start the next day. Waited another 24 hours and it fired up. Th3n died yesterday while driving once the rain started...If the 97s are anything like the 2000s, 95% of the time it's the fuel pump. 4% of the time it's the fuel pressure regulator. Lol, it is the spare rig. But hoping to use it in a few weekends.
Was tempted to take it to wi (460 miles each way) tomorrow. Having it crap out in chicago would have made for a bad day...
Those tires would be on an '83 Oldsmobile before nightfall.
Probably true.
Night fella. Alarm will be going off in no timeEvening fellers.
