I've been 295 to 305 for 3 years. People say I don't look that heavy. More like 260. My ribs show at 250. I'd take that. But yeah. It's so tough to lose

If I cut out the carbs I can lose it in a couple months. I've done it before. You don't realize how much you miss sugar, bread, milk, and cereal til you go a month without.

A bunch of my friends booked a hunt with an outfitter a couple years ago out there. Nine of them went and they came home with two birds. The guy was a total crook. I sure was glad I didn't go that time.

I've been lifting and keep gaining muscle. I'm going to start next week carb cutting and more cardio less weights

Fug that I gotta eat. I hit the gym five days a week to keep from gaining weight. I don't lose much but I don't gain so it must be helping. Lol

I can't tolerate sugar any more, makes me slow, I use honey in my coffee with half and half. Eat a lot of meats and vegetables now. Hell to get old boy's, I don't recommend it.

Yeah you can go 5 mins from my house to a bean field and see 50 plus. The farmers hate them. You can shoot them and just leave them the yotes will clean up the mess.
